Excellent properties of SAVANNA Allulose
Physiological benefits
SAVANNA Allulose offers genuine, natural sweetness, approximately 70% as sweet as sucrose. It has an extremely low glycaemic index of 1 and an energy value of only 0.4 kcal/g. It is tooth-friendly and well-tolerated (up to approximately 0.8 g per kg body weight per day). It is also suitable for ketogenic diets. Altogether, it’s a strong choice for health-minded applications.
Technologically powerful
We produce allulose as free-flowing crystals with a homogeneous particle size for excellent solubility. Its warm, sweet profile works across a wide range of formulations, both sweet and savoury. A reliable Maillard reaction in industrial use ensures attractive browning and associated aromas.
Sustainability
We make SAVANNA Allulose in the EU to the highest environmental and quality standards. It is obtained from natural, renewable raw materials such as sugar beet, wheat, or corn.
