Allulose: A character with many good qualities

Beyond excellent sensory and technological performance, allulose offers a range of nutritional advantages. At 0.4 kcal/g, it enables substantial calorie reduction in recipes. It has a minimal effect on blood glucose and insulin levels. It is non-cariogenic and, unlike some alternatives, very well tolerated.
